All you need to do is to connect to the free web proxy site through your browser and from there; you input the blocked website URL. The web proxy will then proceed to help you fetch the content of the blocked site and present it to you.

By accessing the blocked website through the web proxy, you are actually surfing anonymous and not connecting directly to the blocked website and hence bypass the internet filters check done by either the firewall or software installed. This way of connection also helps to protect your IP address and other private information as only the address of the proxy server is visible to the world.
